A relaxing end of the day

Since I finished my new book and Carsten coincidentally bought a new book that I wanted to read, I started in on it right away.  I was able to read much more of it than I anticipated, mostly because Carsten returned home 2 hours later than he said he would be home.  For punctuality to be so important to Germans, this does not seem to apply to Carsten.  But I digress.  The new book I am reading is called Whispers of the Dead by Simon Beckett.  This is his third book and I have read and enjoyed his first two so I am assuming this one won't be disappointing.  Other than reading the new book, I spoke with my friend Craig on the phone for close to an hour.  Now I am just glad the weekend is here.
