The run helped

I too am a bit surprised, but the run did in fact help my headache.  Shortly after I started running it was completely gone.  So, then I did a bit of cleaning and once Carsten came home we went grocery shopping.  This way we don't have to do it on Saturday and can have more free time to play in the city centre.  

As some of you may know, I thoroughly enjoy British TV shows.  I own several on DVD and can watch them over and over again.  Last summer I bought the complete series of Spaced, though I had never seen it before.  Well, tonight I finished watching season 1 and I loved it.  Carsten didn't seem to care for it as much, but that just means I can watch it in silence :)  Anyway, if you are interested in watching the first episode in its entirety, go to youtube or click here.
